Aesthetically pleasing and tasty, Chuckuterie brings people out of their norm and has them explore.  With an extensive background in hospitality, I want people to experience new food and how it’s displayed or prepared. Offering a table of assorted meat, cheese, fruit, bread, jams and more, no table is ever the same. I encourage customization for each client and I’m big on thinking outside of the box to offer something different.
