Welcome to McCarthy Tents & Events. From sailcloth tents to vineyard chairs, one-of-a-kind lighting options and house-made farm tables, we are passionate about redefining rentals in Western New York. Since 2007, when we, Sean & Heather sold our car, bought a van and filled it with a few new tents, tables, chairs and a dream, we have believed we could do it better. Our key points of differentiation start with our team. Our people are family, some by blood, but all by heart. They are wonderful, fun-loving guys who are excellent at their jobs and make each and every one of our customers feel special. You can expect quick service and a very friendly feel. Next comes our inventory and overall business model. We are not in the business of buying an item and renting it out as long as possible to turn a profit. We are all about the latest and greatest, constantly updating our inventory to bring our clients the very best designs. We also fancy ourselves as trendsetters, designing amazing, one of kind items to rent, like our hand-hammered copper bar and white-washed, suspension hung pallet lights with dangling Edison bulbs of varied sizes. But these aren’t the only items handmade by our family; our 40+ farm tables were all built by our master craftsman, Kevin McCarthy, along with sweetheart tables, wedding arches, rustic bars, reclaimed wood bars and so much more. We truly believe that when your guests sit at these tables and lean on these bars, they will feel the baked-in goodness. You will feel the love.
