Oh boy, oh boy! Did we have fun creating inspiration for a two grooms wedding in Buffalo, NY editorial shoot! Beer, bright graffiti artwork and beautiful flowers. What more could a couple of grooms ask for?! Sometimes editorial shoots just come together perfectly without much effort, and his was certainly one of those shoots. The two grooms – real life fiancees, are both passionately involved in their local community. Casey is a local muralist, and Jason a human rights activist, which made the public artwork angle kind of perfect, right?!
All of the other pieces fell into place when we brought Blue Violet Design together with Dorian Mode Photography inside the Loft @ Chandler Street at Thin Man Brewery. Blue Violet specializes in vintage rentals and floral and event design. We loved the contrast between the raw, industrial venue with the soft, organic flower arch! The decadent velvet vintage furniture added a much needed softness to the decor, and the fresh pops of color in the florals suited the grooms ensembles perfectly. We especially love how the ties blend it all together, too!
