Created by visionary Amanda Jones, Table & Board was born out of an appetite for creating art through food. Jones is passionate about traveling and eating, and loves working behind the scenes to bring the best of flavors and food styling to the people of Upstate New York. Having grown up in Olean, and previously lived in Buffalo and Rochester, she is proud to serve the community.
Table & Board can serve up to 200 of your guests, with a selection of premium cheese, meats, and local produce. These are combined with delightful accompaniments that are arranged into stunning, abundant showcases. Entertaining with a wedding charcuterie board from Table & Board is a great way for people to come together and bond over delicious food in a relaxed way. Whether it’s the feature of the event or an accompaniment to a main meal, the visual aesthetics of every display will have everyone taking pictures and eating more! To cater to the unique needs and tastes of each couple, Jones works with each client one-on-one so that their personality comes through in the presentation. Each board and table is crafted specifically for your occasion and to accommodate any dietary restrictions. This includes options that are Vegan, Vegetarian, Gluten Free, Dairy Free, and Kosher. The display is meant to not only please your palate but also be a visual work of art – not just another boring tray of cheese and crackers. Jones want celebrations to be vibrant and lively! Each display is styled and arranged into an artful presentation that is a visual and gastronomic adventure. Your food is crafted, sourced, and prepared for an unforgettable experience.
Equally important, Table & Board holds itself to a higher standard with a commitment to serving the local community by buying locally whenever possible. Not only do they provide a service to the community, but support other local businesses. They are also eco-conscious and use recycled, biodegradable palm leaf boxes and sustainable tableware.
