I’ve been smiling all day after creating this blog post for our summer grooms editorial wedding. It’s hard not to smile from ear to ear when you see this couple celebrating their love for each other in the most fun way possible! Sometimes we need a reminder that the wedding day is a party, because it’s actually the biggest party you’ll throw! So make it fun!

That was the only direction we gave our vendors for this collaborative, styled shoot – FUN! The Timberlodge and Sterling at Arrowhead Golf Course has so much land to bring in a variety of elements, which we showcased in the shoot! Lawn games are a must, and your guests will be talking about The Axe Wagon for weeks after your wedding! We suggest you give Hatchets and Hops a try because once you do, you’ll quickly see that they are a must on your wedding day!

Our backdrop and decor was pulled together by yours truly and B In a Bonnet! Our girl Bethany can create just about anything you dream up. And while there was no epic love triangle in this marriage – The Boy Is Mine attitude was certainly present in all of the quirky signage! She really helped tie the dessert table together alongside Cupcaked and Platter’s Chocolates. Why have to pick when you can incorporate ALL OF THE DESSERTS? I mean, that’s my style, guys.

Bureau was an obvious choice for mens attire. They’re selection of ready-to-wear and custom options for men’s suiting makes them the go-to for any kind of guy, but especially the funky ones! Chemistry Neckties provided a fresh pop to match the bold colors.
